Florida Voters: Warning! Beware of the extreme, deceptive, and dangerous abortion until birth Amendment 4 on the November ballot!
AMENDMENT 4 IS DELIBERATELY DECEPTIVE! It is not what it seems! It will enshrine abortion until birth as a fundamental right in Florida’s constitution for virtually any reason up to nine months of pregnancy – even when babies can feel pain – yet the misleading language hides this reality.

Several of the FFPC priorities, both new and old, are moving towards the finish line, including the Defending Biological Sex in Healthcare Act, the Retention of Sexual Offense Evidence Act, Educator Preparation Programs Act, and the Gaming Control Act—all of which passed at least one of the two legislative chambers.

Apart from a few scheduling meetings, committee meetings are done, and the remainder of the session will be centered on the floors of the House and Senate chambers. Week 6 of the Florida Legislature has come to an end, and we are officially two-thirds of the way through session. As we come to this point of the 2024 Legislative Session, the pace of Tallahassee has definitely slowed in the committee process, while picking up steam in the main chambers of both the House and Senate. Two major victories crossed the finish line on the House side this week.
