Our Position on Pro-Life Petition Campaigns to Amend the Florida Constitution
It is critical to understand that the text of our constitution is not the problem. Instead, the problem lies with the liberal activist judges on the court in 1989 that clearly misinterpreted it. Supreme Court Victory: A Win for Children and for Florida!
We’re celebrating a major victory today for children, families, and the right of states to protect both. In a decision with nationwide impact, the U.S. Supreme Court has allowed Tennessee’s law banning harmful gender transition procedures on minors to remain in effect. This decision sends a clear message: states have the constitutional authority to safeguard children from irreversible medical harm. This is more than just a win for Tennessee—it’s a direct defense of what we’ve worked hard to accomplish here in Florida.

On behalf of our organization and our nation, we say THANK YOU to these heroes!
