Eleven US States File Lawsuit Against Feds Over Obama Transgender Bathroom Mandate
Florida Family Policy Council President John Stemberger is calling for Florida Governor Rick Scott to show leadership on this issue by following these 11 states to take action and stand up publicly to protect our children and join the lawsuit against the US Department of Justice and Department of Education’s unilateral redefinition of Title IX to include “gender identity.”
