Florida Voters: Warning! Beware of the extreme, deceptive, and dangerous abortion until birth Amendment 4 on the November ballot!
AMENDMENT 4 IS DELIBERATELY DECEPTIVE! It is not what it seems! It will enshrine abortion until birth as a fundamental right in Florida’s constitution for virtually any reason up to nine months of pregnancy – even when babies can feel pain – yet the misleading language hides this reality.
Simply stated…

It’s a wrap! The Final Week – #9 This week in Tallahassee..
From legislation that builds on the culture of life in Florida, to enacting groundbreaking social media protections for Florida minors, to protecting children from predators and online pornographic content, we achieved a number of significant victories moving the ball forward for life, family, and liberty in our state. Below is a list of the priority bills that crossed the finish line this session.
RECAP: Week #8- This week in Tallahassee…
Several of the FFPC priorities, both new and old, are moving towards the finish line, including the Defending Biological Sex in Healthcare Act, the Retention of Sexual Offense Evidence Act, Educator Preparation Programs Act, and the Gaming Control Act—all of which passed at least one of the two legislative chambers.
RECAP: Week #7- This week in Tallahassee…
The end of the session is in sight with only two weeks left to go. Apart from a few scheduling meetings, committee meetings are done, and the remainder of the session will be centered on the floors of the House and Senate chambers. This week saw some of the most heated and volatile committee hearings, two of which involved priority bills of ours.

RECAP: Week #6- This week in Tallahassee…
Week 6 of the Florida Legislature has come to an end, and we are officially two-thirds of the way through session. As we come to this point of the 2024 Legislative Session, the pace of Tallahassee has definitely slowed in the committee process, while picking up steam in the main chambers of both the House and Senate. Two major victories crossed the finish line on the House side this week.
RECAP: Week #5 – This week in Tallahassee…
Week 5 of the Florida Legislature is over. As we reached the halfway mark of the 2023 Legislative Session, Tallahassee was full of action from both the halls of the legislature to the chambers of the Supreme Court.
Video Update: On the ground in Tallahassee today…
Aaron DiPietro, Florida Family Policy Council Legislative Affairs Director, was at the Supreme Court today for the oral arguments on whether the radical abortion-on-demand ballot initiative will be allowed to be on the 2024 General Election ballot here in Florida. In this video, Aaron along with Noah Fay, FFPC Media Producer, recap what took place during the oral arguments this morning.
ACTION ALERT: FL Supreme Court proposed abortion amendment oral arguments this Wednesday….
Please be in prayer for this critical decision which could set the stage for the most critical battle to defend the unborn on the state level in our lifetime!
RECAP: Week #4 – This week in Tallahassee…
Week 4 of the Florida Legislature is complete, with many significant victories along the way. However, Weeks 4 (and 5) are significant for another reason as well. Many of the subcommittees finish their workload during this time, which for practical reasons, means that if a bill hasn’t been heard at least in one committee by this time, it is most likely dead for this session. Although this does mean that sadly, time has run out for some of our priorities for this session, on the flip side, other dangerous and harmful bills we were opposing that have not had hearings up to now are also dead. Additionally, the winnowing of the field of legislation allows our team at FFPC to narrow in on the remaining priorities, to ensure they cross the finish line this session.
RECAP: Week #3 – This week in Tallahassee…
Over 200 grassroots supporters in Florida, from Pensacola to Miami, joined us in Tallahassee on Monday and Tuesday for our annual FFPC Pro-Life, Pro-Family Days! We had a remarkable time of fellowship including praise and worship, legislative instruction, worldview training, and updates from leading allies in the legislature. The entire event was a tremendous encouragement and a complete success!
