Hello Friends,
I’m grateful to share an important update with you—one that reflects God’s faithfulness and your partnership with Florida Family Voice as we defend and rebuild Florida’s walls of Life, Marriage, Family and Religious Liberties.
In recent months, I shared that we were prayerfully preparing to make several key hires to strengthen our team and expand our impact, something we could only do with your support. Today, I’m excited to say that God has provided in a remarkable way.
We are thrilled to welcome Dylan Fisher who will join our leadership team and oversee both our Church Ambassador Network and our Christian Education Network.
Most recently, Dylan has been serving as the Director of the Governor’s Faith and Community Initiative and has spent years working at the intersection of public policy, faith, and service. Prior to his appointment as Director, he served as Policy Chief in the Governor’s Office of Policy and Budget. His background includes experience in both the public and private sectors—including Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, the Florida House of Representatives, and the Florida Department of Transportation.
What excites us most, however, is not simply Dylan’s experience, but his heart for equipping the Church and serving faithfully behind the scenes to advance truth, clarity, and courage in challenging times.
As a proud native of Daytona Beach, a University of Florida double-graduate, and Tallahassee resident, Dylan brings both deep roots and a breadth of understanding on how policy, culture, and the Church intersect in our state. His leadership strengthens our ability to serve pastors, educate Christian leaders, and steward relationships with excellence and integrity.
This hire is a direct result of prayer, provision, and partners like you who believed in the vision and stepped forward in faith. We give thanks to God for His perfect timing and for the opportunity to build the right team for this moment.
Thank you for standing with us. We are encouraged, energized, and more confident than ever in the work ahead.
With gratitude,
Erik Dellenback
CEO, Florida Family Voice
