Earlier this week, we welcomed faithful Floridians from across the state to the Florida Capitol for our second annual Gather at the Gate Prayer Walk. This event was a focused time of prayer, lifting up Florida’s lawmakers, leaders, and government institutions during one of the most consequential seasons of public policy.
We called on the Church to come together to pray, intercede, and speak truth before Him as we kicked off the 2026 Florida Legislative Session.
Florida Family Voice, which has served for more than 20 years as Florida’s premier defender of life, marriage, family, and religious liberty, continues to stand in the gap by equipping and educating the Church and advancing a Biblical worldview in public policy.
Gathering faith leaders to cover the Florida Capitol in prayer is one of the many ways we live out this mission.
Over the next nine weeks, we encourage you to continue praying for wisdom, courage, and righteousness among those entrusted with governing the state.

“Prayer is not our last resort—it is our first response,” said Florida Family Voice President and CEO, Erik Dellenback. “At a time when critical decisions affecting life, marriage, family, and religious liberty are being made, it is essential that the Church show up in prayer, and it is an honor for Florida Family Voice to lead in prayer and serve the Church in pursuit of public policy from a Biblical worldview.”
