- Reception plus Dinner and Program only on Monday night – $50.00 Reception is from 4:45 pm – 5:45 pm, followed by dinner from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm.
- Prayer Breakfast and Program only on Tuesday morning – $15.00 Prayer breakfast and program is from 7:00 am – 8:45 am.
