Calling all Prayer Warriors,

Florida’s 2026 Legislative Session begins on January 13th. The Florida Legislative Session is the time each year when state lawmakers meet to discuss, debate, and vote on new laws and the state budget.

For more than 20 years, Florida Family Voice has served as the premier defender of life, marriage, family, and religious liberty, and we are asking for you to join us this year in a unique and special way.

The stakes are high—this is Governor DeSantis’ final legislative session, and the decisions made over these nine weeks will have far-reaching impacts.

We want to invite you to our second annual Gather at the Gate event on January 14th.

No matter what side of the aisle we fall on, Scripture calls us to pray for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may live peaceful and godly lives (1 Timothy 2:1–2). Before laws are debated and decisions are made, we believe it is right and necessary for God’s people to gather humbly, ask for wisdom, and entrust our leaders and our state to the Lord.

Our time together will feature curated and intimate times of prayer on the Florida Capitol Grounds, with five brief prayer stations focused on:

● Government and the Legislative Session
● The House of Representatives
● The Senate
● The Governor and Executive Leadership
● The Florida Supreme Court

Whether you join us in person or in prayer from home, please RSVP here. After you RSVP, we will send you the official schedule of events and prayer walk guide, so you can participate with us on-site or from afar.

It is upon our faith and these enduring truths that we Gather at the Gate to seek God and His favor over our state, our neighbors, and the policymakers who strive to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly before Him.

We would be honored if you would:

● Join us personally, if you are able
● Share this invitation with your community
● Encourage those who feel led to come and pray

Thank you for standing with us in prayer–whether in person or from your home.

For the glory of Christ and the good of our state.
