When Victor Marx was seven years old, his stepfather pointed a gun at him.
He grew up in a home marked by abuse, violence, and fear. Most people never recover from a childhood like his. Victor decided at seven years old that fear would not define him. He thought to himself, “One day, I will be so fast. No one will be able to hold a gun to me.” He kept that promise.
Today, Victor Marx, our 2026 Dinner Gala speaker, holds the Guinness World Record for the fastest gun disarm, demonstrating the ability to take control of a handgun and empty its magazine in approximately 0.8 seconds. As a former United States Marine and 7th-degree black belt in Keichu-Do, his skill, discipline, and precision are recognized worldwide.
But the record is not the point. Victor didn’t develop that discipline for a trophy. He developed it for a purpose.

Over the course of more than 100 missions in some of the world’s most hostile environments, Victor and his team at All Things Possible Ministries have rescued and restored more than 45,000 women and children—many from the terror of ISIS—bringing them safety, healing, and the hope of the Gospel.
He turned personal trauma into global impact. He turned fear into courage. He turned a childhood defined by violence into a life defined by rescue.
