Dear Friends,
I’m grateful to share another personnel update with you—one that is especially meaningful to our team in this season and a clear testimony to God’s provision.
You made this possible and we are SO grateful for you!
For a while, it has been our desire at Florida Family Voice to bring our Legislative Affairs Director on full-time, knowing how critical this role is to faithfully steward our presence in Tallahassee. Today, I’m thankful to say: God has made a way.
Aaron DiPietro, who has faithfully served as our Legislative Affairs Director in a part-time capacity for the last six years, is now able to devote his full time and attention to the work of Florida Family Voice.
Aaron is a native Floridian who was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, where he currently resides with his wife Sophia and daughter Laura. The oldest of six boys, he was home educated and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University. His background includes extensive work in the petroleum industry. In addition to his work with FFV, Aaron also serves as the Political Director for Florida Family Action, the political arm of FFV.
For some time, Aaron has balanced this role alongside a second job—out of conviction, commitment, and a deep belief in this mission. Now, because of the generosity and prayers of partners like you, he is able to focus fully on advancing policies that strengthen families, protect life, defend religious freedom, and uphold parental rights in Florida.
This is more critical now than ever with our great governor finishing his term and the fights against our Biblical worldview increasing in our state’s capitol.
In his expanded role, Aaron leads FFV’s legislative strategy and engagement efforts—monitoring and analyzing legislation, building strong relationships with elected officials and legislative leaders, developing and advocating for priority legislation, and mobilizing grassroots supporters across the state. He represents FFV in hearings and policy discussions, prepares testimony and policy resources, and works closely with our communications team to ensure our advocacy is clear, consistent, and grounded in our mission.
This transition is more than a staffing update—it is a stewardship milestone. It allows us to be present, prepared, and principled as we engage the legislative process with wisdom, integrity, and courage.
We give thanks to God for His faithfulness and for supporters like you who made this step possible. Your partnership has helped turn sacrifice into sustainability and vision into action.
Thank you for standing with us and for believing in the importance of this work. We are deeply encouraged by what God is doing—and confident in the season ahead.
With gratitude,
Erik Dellenback
CEO, Florida Family Voice
