About FFV

Who We Are

Florida Family Voice (FFV) is one of 38 state-based policy councils around the country associated with the Family Policy Alliance, Focus on the Family, Alliance Defending Freedom, and Family Research Council. Many of these councils are the leading pro-life, pro-family organizations in their respective states. FFPC is a 501c3 non-profit corporation under the IRS tax code. We have an independent board of directors and they are responsible for raising our financial support.

Our Chief Executive Officer is Erik Dellenback.

Before joining FFV, Erik spent the past five years serving as the Governor’s Liaison for Faith and Community in the Executive Office, where he was also a member of Governor Ron DeSantis’s senior leadership team. Under his leadership, Florida has become the most faith and community-friendly state in the nation, with more than 2,200 faith institutions and 5,600 nonprofit partners mobilized to serve the most vulnerable. Working closely with First Lady Casey DeSantis, they have redefined the role of government in supporting families and communities. Before joining state government, Erik worked as a consultant to several of the nation’s leading nonprofits and helped start For Others, a nonprofit addressing America’s foster care crisis, alongside Christian musician Chris Tomlin. Erik also served as the founding President and Executive Director of the Tim Tebow Foundation for seven years. During his tenure, he launched numerous domestic and international ministry programs, including the globally recognized Night to Shine, a prom night experience for individuals with special needs. The event has grown into a worldwide movement held in all 50 states and 24 countries, representing over 32 denominations of the Christian church. Earlier in his career, Erik spent over a decade with the Gator Bowl Association, including roles as Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer and founding Director of the ACC Football Championship. A graduate of the University of Florida, Erik’s background spans roles as a movie producer, business and nonprofit executive, college professor, speaker, and entrepreneur. Yet, he most values being known simply as a husband, father, and follower of Jesus. He and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Florida with their five children.

History

Over the last 21 years, through the prayers and support of like-minded mission partners like you, Florida Family Voice (FFV) has established itself as one of the nation’s premier public policy organizations. Today, we remain relentless in our pursuit of those things which the unchanging God calls right, just and beautiful.

While elected officials, government, or even good public policy are important, and each has their role, ultimately our true hope is found in the timeless and unchanging truth and the God who gave those truths.

We seek to inspire hope in hearts and minds. We also declare that our goal is to be faithful to our call to defend and promote life, marriage, family, and liberty. Thank you for your support!
