FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Florida Family Voice Names
Erik Dellenback
as New President and CEO

ORLANDO, FL — [April 16, 2025] — Florida Family Voice (formerly known as Florida Family Policy Council) is pleased to announce that Erik Dellenback will serve as its next President and Chief Executive Officer.
Bruce O’Donoghue, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Florida Family Voice, shared that the Board offered Mr. Dellenback the position in March, with the understanding that he would fulfill his current duties with Governor Ron DeSantis’ Executive Office through the conclusion of the Legislative Session.
“We are very pleased that Erik will be leading our organization,” O’Donoghue stated. “His passion to protect the unborn, defend marriage and families, and preserve the religious liberties our nation offers—coupled with his extensive experience and knowledge—makes him the perfect person to lead us today and in the years ahead.”
Mr. Dellenback will officially begin his role on Saturday, May 10th, at Florida Family Voice’s annual gala in Orlando, which will feature Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point Ministries.

For the past five and a half years, Erik has served as the Governor’s Liaison for Faith and Community in the Executive Office of Governor Ron DeSantis and, more recently, also as the Executive Director of Hope Florida. Under his leadership, Florida has become the most faith and community-friendly state in the nation, with more than 2,200 faith institutions and 5,600 nonprofit partners mobilized to serve the most vulnerable. Hope Florida, an initiative created by First Lady Casey DeSantis, has redefined the role of government in supporting families and communities.
Before joining state government, Erik worked as a consultant to several of the nation’s leading nonprofits and helped start For Others, a nonprofit addressing America’s foster care crisis, alongside Christian musician Chris Tomlin.
Erik also served as the founding President and Executive Director of the Tim Tebow Foundation (TTF) for seven years. During his tenure, he launched numerous domestic and international ministry programs, including the globally recognized Night to Shine, a prom night experience for individuals with special needs. The event has grown into a worldwide movement held in all 50 states and 24 countries, representing over 32 denominations of the Christian church.
Earlier in his career, Erik spent over a decade with the Gator Bowl Association, including roles as Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer and founding Director of the ACC Football Championship.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Erik’s background spans roles as a movie producer, business and nonprofit executive, college professor, speaker, and entrepreneur. Yet, he most values being known simply as a husband, father, and follower of Jesus. He and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Florida with their five children.
