I Agree with this post. Personally if a religion, or church of any kind, cannot support its self then it needs to fade away gracefully, and say we tried. Be that my religion, yours or theirs.

So, Sarah, are you saying that ONLY Christian schools or Christian charities will be eligible for these funds? Or could, let’s say, a Muslim religious facility, Muslim charity or Muslim foster care agency qualify for these funds?

@Shelia, you don’t have a clue and history isn’t on your side. We were “endowed by our creator” – who or what the “creator” was wasn’t specified. I suggest you actually read the Declaration of Independance before you go mis-quoting it. Of course, the idea that atheists are created just as equal as Christians or Muslims probably doesn’t fit your razorblade-narrow worldview, and we obviously don’t deserve the same rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, right?
