FFPC statement on the events in our nation’s capitol:
We as an organization are asking all Christians to stop and cry out to God for His mercy in this moment in our country’s history.
We stand firm with those who seek to engage in peaceful protest in our nation’s capital and across the country because of election law violations. We also unequivocally condemn the anarchy and violence which was displayed at the United States Capitol today. Such demonstrations are neither productive nor are they in the spirit of our values as an organization.
