I’ve been married for 23 years. We live in a state that allows same-sex couples to marry. Other than being invited to a few weddings, there has been zero impact on my marriage. So please show the real effects on marriage. Not hysteria, but facts.

Speaking of facts, the will of the people cannot override the Constitution. It doesn’t matter if every single voter in the state voted for it; as multiple courts have no ruled that these sort of bans violate the 5th and 14th Amendments. We are a nation of laws, not mob rule.

In Nazi Germany the “vote” was to eleminate Jews and other “undesireables” including gays-The Holocaust was the result!!! I am a straight person who will defend the rights of all to live as they choose–
