DESCRIPTION:  \nRally for Medical Freedom\nRALLY TO BE HELD IN SUPPORT OF SPECIAL SESSION TO OPPOSE VACCINE MANDATES\nA coalition of organizations across the state are coming together in unified opposition to government’s overreach and are supporting Governor Ron DeSantis’s call for a special session. The rally will begin at 1:00PM on Tuesday\, Nov. 16th in the Capitol courtyard in Tallahassee\, Florida. Speakers will be addressing opposition to mandates from a variety of perspectives including medical\, constitutional\, parental and conscience-based objections. \nRebekah Ricks\, Director for Polk County Moms for America\, who will be leading the rally and serving as the Master of Ceremonies\, made the following statement: \n“We are calling on citizens all across Florida to join us in opposing government overreach in forcing Floridians to be vaccinated against their will. We strongly support an individual’s right to weigh all potential medical\, moral and legal implications to make a personal decision as to what is in their best interest\, as well as the best interest of their children. No person should be coerced into unwanted medical treatments\, including vaccinations\, in order to participate in society and provide for one’s family.” \nSome of our sponsors for this event include Hispanic Faith Council\, Children’s Heath Defense\, Moms for America Action\, Florida Citizens Alliance\, Moms for Medical Freedom\, Florida Parent Educators Association\, Women Impacting the Nation and Florida Republican Assembly.
